What It Is
A monthly beauty subscription box that brings you the best of it. Each month, you’ll look forward to a curation of five deluxe, prestige samples handpicked from our shelves (plus a fragrance bonus) in a collectible bag. Every delivery also includes a PLAY! BOOK packed with tips, tricks, how-tos, and beauty advice, and a PLAY! PASS to redeem for 50 bonus Beauty Insider points with any full-size purchase.*

What You Get Each Month

Program timing and key dates:
- New subscribers’ first box will be the one for the month following the month in which they subscribe (so if you subscribe from 11/1-11/30, your first box will be December, but if you sign up after 11/30, your first box will be January)
- You will be charged for your box between the first and fourth of each month. If we are unable to complete a charge we may retry at a different time that month.
- All PLAY! by SEPHORA boxes will arrive within a three to five day period around the 20th of every month.
- To change your subscription details or cancel, you must do so before the first of the month to affect that month’s box. If you make a change on or after the first of the month, the change will affect the following month’s box.
- If your credit card payment fails and you do not update it by the 14th of the month, your subscription will be cancelled.
Some restrictions apply:
- Quantities are limited, so only one subscription per client is allowed
- Only available in the 50 United States, and cannot be shipped to US territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
